We accept payments on the day for your ultrasound scan. We provide a simple and transparent pricing structure for self-pay examinations.
Using private medical insurance
If your medical insurer will cover the cost of your scan, you just need to provide your membership number and an authorisation code before your appointment. We’re recognised by all major medical insurers, including Bupa.

Have a referral
If you’ve been referred for an MRI or ultrasound scan by your GP or another healthcare professional, you can send us your referral form by e-mail to london.referrals@medneo.co.uk or book an appointment by calling us on 0300 303 0906. Same day appointments are available.
Self referral
If you know what scan you require we offer a free referral service via our online form. Simply fill in your details and scan requirements, they will be sent to DrOnline* whose team of GPs can authorise your scan and send directly to Medneo. We will call you to book in your scan.
Before clicking start ensure you have your photo ID ready to complete the form.
If you are unable to attend your appointment at Medneo, you may incur a £50 charge to cover the cost of the referral.
Need a Private consultation
You can use this calendar to book an appointment with Dr Online* to discuss your needs with a private GP. Once your referral has been received by Medneo, we will contact you directly to book an appointment for your examination.
Please note your MRI scan will be charged separately.
