Our Radiographers are all highly experience and expert in their field. They’ll guide you through the process, with attention to your comfort, privacy and wellbeing at every step.

We operate a low footfall policy to ensure no busy waiting rooms and speedy access to appointments – the same day as your enquiry if possible.

Images will be available online immediately and a full report will be sent to your doctor within 48 hours. You will have access to your report within 14 working days.
No referral, no problem
Avoid the lengthy consultations; via our online form you can provide your details and scan requirements to DrOnline* their team of GPs can authorise your scan and will signpost follow on care. All part of your scan fee. Or if you have questions and need a video consultation you can book this with one of their doctors with ease.

Our Siemens Skyra 3T MRI scanners allows for reduced scan times which makes the examinations shorter and more comfortable for those patients whilst still providing excellent image quality.

Private MRI scan in London
MRI is one of the most advanced imaging modalities available. An MRI scan is a type of imaging used to examine parts of the body such as the brain and spinal cord, bones and joints, breasts, heart and blood vessels, and internal organs.
MRI is typically used to diagnose conditions, plan treatment, and review the effectiveness of previous treatment. It uses strong magnetic fields and radio waves unlike radiation that is used in CT and X-rays.
Private ultrasound in London
Ultrasound imaging uses high-frequency sound waves to create real-time images of inside the body. A probe is placed onto your skin and sends sound waves into your body which ‘echo’ off tissues and back into the probe. A computer converts this into a real-time image.
Ultrasounds are commonly used to monitor pregnancies and diagnose certain conditions or during some medical procedures.
Arthrosamid® knee injection
Arthrosamid® is an innovative treatment for knee osteoarthritis. This treatment involves a single hydrogel injection that creates a cushion around the joint to provide long-lasting relief from osteoarthritis symptoms.
Ultrasound-guided technology allows full visualisation of the knee, so that the injection can be precisely targeted for safe and effective results. Arthrosamid® is performed by expert consultant orthopaedic consultants at the London Centre.

The flow of the centre ensures the utmost privacy for all patients. After accessing the changing rooms patients enter directly into the examination area. There is unlikely to be another person in the waiting area whilst patients are waiting for their examination.
Step free access
When arriving patients will notice that our centre is at street level, enabling step-free access the imaging centre is all on one level with no steps. For patients attending for consultations there is a lift to access the consultation suites.
Your Scan Booking Options
Have a referral
If you’ve been referred for an MRI or ultrasound scan by your GP or another healthcare professional, you can send us your referral form by e-mail to london.referrals@medneo.co.uk or book an appointment by calling us on 0300 303 0906. Same day appointments are available.
Self referral
If you know what scan you require we offer a free referral service via our online form. Simply fill in your details and scan requirements, they will be sent to DrOnline* whose team of GPs can authorise your scan and send directly to Medneo. We will call you to book in your scan.
Before clicking start ensure you have your photo ID ready to complete the form.
If you are unable to attend your appointment at Medneo, you may incur a £50 charge to cover the cost of the referral.
Need a Private consultation
You can use this calendar to book an appointment with Dr Online* to discuss your needs with a private GP. Once your referral has been received by Medneo, we will contact you directly to book an appointment for your examination.
Please note your MRI scan will be charged separately.
