Medneo accelerates growth and enters veterinary imaging with acquisition of Burgess Diagnostics
London, 21st September 2026 – Medneo today announced the acquisition of Burgess Diagnostics from Solingen Private Equity. Burgess a leading provider of mobile MRI and CT diagnostic imaging services to the veterinary sector.
The transaction marks Medneo’s first expansion into veterinary imaging and the latest step in a period of significant growth. It follows Medneo’s national partnership with Ramsay Health Care UK, broadening the group’s geographic reach, customer base and specialist imaging capabilities.
Medneo acquires Ramsay Health Care UK mobile imaging assets and enters long-term national diagnostics partnership
London, 1 July 2026 – Medneo, one of the UK’s leading diagnostic imaging providers, today announced a major new partnership with Ramsay Health Care UK.
The multi-million-pound agreement includes the acquisition of Ramsay Diagnostics UK Ltd’s (RDUK) mobile MRI and CT fleet and a six-year exclusive contract to provide mobile imaging services across Ramsay’s national hospital network. Medneo will also welcome RDUK’s experienced diagnostic imaging team into the business.
