Medneo acquires Ramsay Health Care UK mobile imaging assets and enters long-term national diagnostics partnership
London, 1 July 2026, Medneo, one of the UK’s leading diagnostic imaging providers, today announced a major new partnership with Ramsay Health Care UK.
The multi-million-pound agreement includes the acquisition of Ramsay Diagnostics UK Ltd’s (RDUK) mobile MRI and CT fleet and a six-year exclusive contract to provide mobile imaging services across Ramsay’s national hospital network. Medneo will also welcome RDUK’s experienced diagnostic imaging team into the business.
